Official Rules
These are the master rules that govern every Sorteo Business giveaway. Individual giveaways may include additional terms on their detail page.
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents 18 years or older in eligible jurisdictions. Void where prohibited.
2. How to enter
Purchase an entry package through the giveaway detail page. A free alternate method of entry is available where required by law — see below.
3. Alternate free entry
Mail a 3x5 index card with your full name, email, phone, and giveaway title to our business address for one free entry per envelope. Limit as posted per giveaway.
4. Winner selection
One winner is selected per giveaway via cryptographically-verifiable random draw at the posted closing time, streamed live.
5. Prize acceptance
Winner will be contacted within 24 hours. Winner must respond within 7 days to claim. Cash alternative available for non-cash prizes.
6. Sponsor
Sorteo Business, the legal sponsor of all giveaways posted on this site.
7. Governing law
These rules are governed by the laws of the state of the sponsor's principal place of business.
